I booked a room by calling the hotel. The behavior of the receptionist and staff was very good. Room, bathroom and bed was clean. Very nice hotel for couples. Overall my first experience was very good.

Check in was ok. They showed us different room that the one they gave. Breakfast taste is okayish. You will get better food outside. Coffee served was not even warm. Staff is okay. Needs some better professional training. We had asked to clean when we come back to room but they cleaned before which was unprofessional. Towel was unclean so got it exchanged. No toilet tissue provided. Hot water was moderate warm. Their bed is worse You can feel the base wood when you sleep. Mattress very thin .
Amazing rooms, well furnished and neat & clean and the staffs were very attentive.
