Please don't give your clothes to them for stitching. I gave them 12 salwars and 2 blouses to stitch. Not even one of them came out well. The staffs have zero styling skill. I went there couple of times to fix however it turned out to be a complete disaster. The stitching charges are too expensive compared to other local stores but the quality of stitching is worse than those local stores.we don't mind paying if the quality is not compromised. I spent around 35k in the store and I regret buying things from themI would give them 0 stars if there was an option.

Had a really bad experience.Though the customer service is good, the stitching unit is such a disappointment. We had provided reference pictures, designs and what not, they seem to have no basic creative skills at all..Had to go for multiple alteration sessions wasting a lot of our time and still completely unsatisfied with the end product..There are several small shops in town delivering quality products at much reasonable price..Please raise your bar!

Customer service might seem good. The material we once bought which was quite expensive with their recommendation was utter waste of money because the cloth got damaged in the first wash itself. They only care about being the performer of the month. So be cautious.

We notice the selection of Big Dizzire is quite impressive but have some old and low qualiry materials have high priced can't affordable. But over all collection is good. Bit more improvement need for future.

Collection is quite okay, but everything is overpriced. Don't expect any reductions, instead they are providing some useless discount coupons for next purchase- just another sales gimmick. Good customer service is the only bright spot.

Not a good experience while exchanging the product which i brought a night before .Morning when i reached there with the product with all the tags .They refused to take it back

One of the best textiles in the town. Purchased good quality of blankets, bed sheet and pillow covers and comforter recently. All are very good quality even though price felt bit high. Later after purchase I checked the price of blanket in Ernakulam in a largest shopping mall, there the price was low and quality was also cheap. Excellent customer service. So I am so happy with my purchase from Big Dezire.
