The Arcas Hotel - Hotel in Lucknow, Bhaisora - Lucknow, India

Decent but little far from the city and its major attractions as located in remote area with transportation issues. No markets, restaurant or cafes nearby. Staff is helpful & cooperative. Rooms are spacious and so are washrooms, cleanly maintained. Bedsheets, pillow and towel needs to be washed properly and needs good maintaining.

The room and bathroom was clean. The staffs were very helpful and well behaved. The owner, Jayant was very friendly and he came to the hotel once to meet me. He also offered me free pakodas and tea. However, there were power cuts 3 to 4 times a day. But that didn't bother me because everytime there was a powercut it lasted 10 minutes max. Also, the location is pretty far from the city. But I would say overall it was a decent stay.

No doubt the hotel and it's service is top class, with all facilities in the room. But the only thing which is negative about this is the location of the hotel. It is located far away from the main road. And ola rapido also denied some times to come there.

I booked this hotel for the cricket match as it was close to Ekana stadium and not very expensive. However could not get morning tea, as their cook comes after 8.30 am. Also vehicle parking is on the pavement/road.

The area is little off side but once you reach everythings is better with reasonable price

The Arcas hotel is very hygienic and clean. The rooms are airy and good. The food is good. Room service is excellent. The staff is very polite and friendly. Overall its worth the price.

The hotel amenities are really worst. there was any no TCM, Bath linen, Toiletries in room. we had stay between 6th May to 10th May in Arcus Hotel. main thing is The staff was very irresponsible. they had placed IRD menu in your room but there was no Chef available to prepared the breakfast, lunch and dinner. They was unable to send tea on time. they had sent tea after 90 min after ordering. Hotel manager said that their chef on leave from last 10 days. It meant they don't have alternative option to provide meal with best service to guest. Cleaning was not done during the stay after several reminders to front desk. Very bad experience. please Don't go in Arcus hotel and don't waste your money
