It was a nice experience with the Tanishq Malaviya Nagar Branch. I got my product on time whatever commitment was done by Ranjana Ma'am. It was fulfilled in the stipulated timeframe. She was too polite and addressed all queries related to the purchase and products.
It was pure joy buying jewellery from Tanishq (A Tata Product).
I had a recent visit to the Tanishq showroom, and I must say the overall experience left much to be desired. The hospitality provided by the staff was disappointing, but I was fortunate to have an attentive and helpful assistant, as well as a supportive floor manager who tried to make amends. However, the subpar hospitality overshadowed the positive aspects of my visit. Hopefully, they can work on improving their customer service in the future.

Excellent and crisp service. We were attended by Deepali Kanarjee, who was prompt , and was very astute with our requirements. Two guys looking for a ring for a girl, and here comes this lady who was kind enough to understand our complete unawareness over the matter and was very delicate and suggestive with her options.
Will visit again, and hopefully find the staff with similar nonchalance always.

I visit tanishq for my sister wedding shopping but we don't get what we want. I am not really impressed with their service. We don't get that kind of design what we see online as well the attender who attended us, he is not friendly & supportive after shown a few design he said they don't have that kind of collections(we want) in store.
Deepali was extremely helpful and patiently showed us different variety based on our taste and interest. Really loved all of our purchases and satisfied with the prices as well. Thank you.
