recently went to watch a movie at Inox symphony mall , and unfortunately, the experience was soured by the behavior of the staff. When my friend and I arrived, we were approached by a member of the theater's staff who insisted that we buy snacks before entering the theater. We explained that we didn't want any snacks and just wanted to watch the movie, but the staff member continued to pressure us to buy something. Eventually, we relented and purchased a small bag of popcorn, which we didn't even really want. This left us feeling frustrated and annoyed, as we felt like we were being forced to spend money on something we didn't want or need. The movie itself was fine, but the overall experience was marred by the pushy behavior of the staff. I understand that theaters rely on concessions to make money, but I don't appreciate feeling like I'm being strong-armed into buying something. I hope that symphony mall will reconsider this approach in the future and allow customers to enjoy the movie without feeling pressured to spend money on concessions.

It's a big mall from outside only inside there are very less no. of stores/outlets but have one small multiplex! So it's not worth the visit if coming from far away!

When the mall got inaugurate in 2019 , I was there, they've invited mr. Durjoy dutta famous writer and my favorite writer . Then again I went to watch shangchi I mean, I'm really connected to this place I recently went for the Kerala story and the environment is fabulous as always not much crowded just perfect Amount of people I would say. Just my comfort place.
This is the best place to hangout with your friends and family. There are many more options for shopping, food restos, ice cream parlours, inox Cineplex and many more. Must visit place.
