This is a charitable trust hospital but very nice service and good staff is here! Mostly specialist Doctor's available in hospital and operations also done !

On Reception counter nobody is cooperative specially one old lady is there her tooth are yellowish for receptionist and one young girl is also they don't have manners how to talk with patients and their supportive person. They always useless orgueing with patients. They feel their self like doctors boss. Please I have one request to trustee kindly arrange them counseling session and related other workshop. Except that other doctors service is good. Other

Worst experince with orthopedic Dr. Gupta.. On first visit he was very good in consulting and he asked me to take MRI report from B.K. Diagnostic Centre but i stay in dombivli so it was to far from my place so i have went for MRI in Utkarsh most famous diagnostic centre in dombivli with advance equipments.. When i show the report from uthkarsh to Dr. gupta he got very angry and started comparing from B.K. Diagnostic Centre. And he did not treat me properly he was very rude because i have not taken report from BK. He did not inform me about my illness only asked to take physiotherapy from dombivli thats it which is wrong. I just want to tell that Drs. Duty is to treat the patient and help to come out of there illness they comes to you with lots of faith and hope.. And it is all about patient convenient from where he wants to take the report.. My husband elbow got dislocated and he took mri from utkarsh Dr. Treated him with same report now he is completele fine.. Very bad experience with Dr. Gupta its realy hurts..

About gynaecologist Dr soniya rohara mam she is Very calm and polite gynac I have ever seen she is listen your doubts calmly . we have best experience with mam in our 1st OPD at sarvanand .

Worst experience there.. their gynaecologist mrs. VANDANA who is a gynaecologist treats you like she just have to leave from there and is In hurrry. She won't listen to you even. Her time was 2.00 pm but she came at 3:30 .. I mean she doesn't have little sympathy for pregnant ladies who are waiting for her since long.. pathetic doctor .. I left office in between to visit her.. I am also a central govt employee and very busy too .. we approach doctors not to wait for long hours... I am never gonna visit her again.. Dear Doctor Vandana.. we respect your profession does not mean you won't respect anyone else at all.. I might consider you people of god. But you don't deserve it.. please convey my regards to her that there are lots of good doctor as well.. she is not the only doctor in the world... I have a lot of respect for doctors I have met in my life except her.... I once had treatment from doctor Ghanshyam in ENT department years back.. he was wonderful doctor.. Dr. Vandana is exception.. I hope I never encounter in my life..
