The token system is good... Similar to banks with LEF display... Waiting at reception place is better compared to waiting place near X Ray, injection room where there was no ventilation and really can't sit mote than 15 to 20 mins..since it is triple height area no fan too which frustrates us more... No X ray technician was available when visited... He had to come outside and we waited 2 hrs to see doctor and almost mote than 30mins for X Ray technician.. Once plan here spare half a day and visit before 9am to get early tokens
