Good hotel. Good service. Good ambience. Quiet and not at all crowded. Walking distance from State Secretariate, Statue Square and GPO. Only concern is the hotel doesn't have own food service. You have to order from outside. Value for money.

The stay was good and room was clean and Great. But there was some issue like the lights were not working properly and the window had no curtains due to which lights from outside coming inside the room, due to which sleeping was affected in night as well as morning by the sunlight.

Waste of money.rooms are not cleaned properly. Full of dust and not geting any amenities. Location is easily access. But if we entered the room feeling like a dog cage. Not getting blanket also.. Just cover the bed with a simple bedsheet, and one bath towel, it seems like used one. I booked through mmt for 2 days, and just escaped from the ghost house. Dear owner please make sure to arrange maintanace person.if u don't mind provide some drinking water to the room, otherwise no need to kept the empty jug in the rooom..

The stay was pleasant. Room was neat and clean.. The staff were very polite. Near to secratariate. Walkable distance to Legislative hall. Overall recommend to all

Unmarried couples are allowed here. (Online platforms deny that in there rules.). Location is good. Outside food permissible. The toilet's door was not closable in my room. Toilet accessories were missing. Atleast we got a towel. There were no blanket and bedsheet in the standard non-AC room. The pillows provided were also not that good. There was dust everywhere. Cleaning service is bad. Due to an issue in details-entrying, there was a visit of receptionist at midnight which was not a good experience .

Very poor customer support No proper working of Ac No breakfast,it's not good room service Receptionists look like they are working on a beach, It's only place to build good location near trivandrum herat places other wise it's local set up, Very bad service I have ever received They offering cctv and wifi Parking space very small 900+ per person it's look like 200rs room

Worst I went last week with my family my kids are also there , the worst hotel ever not cleaned under my cot full of cigarette pocket drinks smell and under wears they are not even clean I think , bad smell in the room I vacated soon

If you are looking for cheap & low budget hotel, this is ok for you. This hotel is pocket friendly. Location is also good. Parking space is also available. Water purifier is there in the ground floor.
