Statue Hotel is a long standing restaurant located at Statue, Trivandrum opposite to Kerala Secretariat. It's my preferable location for dining when I come to this area. As people from different sections comes to secretariat for various needs also comes to this hotel, they always serve good quality food. I have tried almost every dish from here when I came here during my college years. Delivery is fast. Cleanliness is also satisfiable. It is a reliable spot to dine in for those who comes to Trivandrum for various purposes. Budget friendly items are also there in their menu.

Stepped in at the Statue hotel to have an early breakfast. Well organised, the hotel is lit and functional at the wee hours, catering to a quotidian crowd. This would be the third time I have visited the joint, on previous two occasions the visit along with friends were for lunch. Breakfast included poori masala, appam green peas/ egg curry, masala dosa/ghee roast, porotta etcetera. Being not a porotta or poori taker ,I ordered appam which was amazingly fluffy and perfectly flaked,which made me reminisce about the home made appams, and the peas were simple, delicious and minimal masala's designed to give your day a finesse jolt. One of the best places in Trivandrum city to provide you lip smacking breakfast amidst a hygiene oriented arrangement. Tip to management - wash basins could have been more shinier, so does the bathroom!!

Good, clean, above average quality with an air conditioned section as well. Different types of biriyani around Rs180. Meal costs Rs90 accompanied by a range of fried fish costing between Rs120 and Rs150. Finding a parking place is a problem, you have to park somewhere farther away.

The food here is definitely made with love, man. There's no other way it can be so delicious. I love their chicken curry, chicken perattu, and chicken fry.
