Coustomer satisfaction will be good, because the manager as well as the other staff members are humble, polite and customer friendly.

1. Slow transactions. Taking too much time for transactions. Approximately time taken per challan is 3 mins. 2. Queue system for the service is pathetic. No proper planning and arrangements 3. No complaint box(intelligent way of escape) 4. No time discipline for lunch break and other breaks. On questioning about break, they talk irresponsible. 5. Maximum time wasted for basic banking service.

Don't expect the work will be done in a single day..bad management

Very poor service in challakere branches both, National Bank but sfaff not use to public, respctless and worest beheviar....

Very very bad service by the bank staff.. improper behavior by dem. Sbi being top national bank of country cant even have a single active cdm(cash deposit machine), passbook printing machine In whole chalkere city. U need to wait for every minute work .. single star is more than enough.. they dont even give a proper r crct information regarding our query..

Worst bank in clk. Because 0 few people don't no Kannada 1 they don't no that they are government servents. few people act the bank is ther... Own. 2 No proper response.. for small thing they get high BP.. 3 I think except Sunday.. every day quarrel (jgll) bw customer and bankers 4 few bankers won't talk ( I dought that they are deaf people.. )... etc....

The one of the best and secured bank in challakere.. officials are responding properly. The transaction are going speedily.... ATM is always working. The only ATM in challakere which dispenses fresh notes....

Very slow work... The employees in this bank will not answer to any doubts.. The work in this bank is very slow.. Employees not work in working hours for public.. For cash deposit minimum waiting period is 1hour.. The worst bank ever..
