Very Poor Co - Ordination by Senior Officials. Manager should be Customer friendly instead of chatting with his Colleagues. To improve Business, Bank should come forward to add Passbook Printing Machine & Cash Deposit Machine or few Staffs.

Poor customer service. Employees should give importance to customers by atleast asking their problems instead chatting with other colleagues. But, Some of the employees are good.

Local GuideSuch a worst services by the branch. every time i visit the bank there will be a change in the manager , so we have to explain the whole process again and again. I never seen such a worst services. SBI has to improve their customer services.
