I lost aroud 8-10kgs within 3 months of workout Mrs Tulusi a well trained coach we helped me to reduce my weight both healthy and energetic. She also motivates and support both mentally and physically to achieve our target weight. I am happy and healthy with her support thank u for your support.

I would rate my experience at Star Slim Aerobics & Gym, Anantapuram very highly. Mrs.Tulasi is a well experienced and certified trainer who helped me achieve this challenging goal. I looked forward to working out everyday, it was a lot of fun and the environment in the gym is also very welcoming, encouraging and made me feel comfortable. I lost 9.5kgs in 2.5months and Mrs Tulasi's unwavering belief in me helped me feel confident in myself in this fitness journey. Even though I tried working out in the past, I would describe this experience as what made exercise and healthy lifestyle a major part in my life, I hope to continue this lifestyle with everything I learned here. Though I will miss being here physically, I'm going to continue these sessions online. For anyone looking for great trainer and a great way to stay motivated I would highly recommend this.
