It is well located on the Chennai-Hyd highway. Receptionist is very receptive. But they need to improve in cleanliness especially bathroom. When we asked them to clean the toilet they immediately cleaned. But they don't have toilet brush. Just with coconut broomstick they clean the toilet. Otherwise, all good
A better place to stay alone, with family and friends. The owner respects and responses properly. The staffs are good and work minded. I recommend this place to others to stay. I recommend to the owner to provide Wifi facility as it is has become a basic need for us.

Only Owner approachable. No helper or Manager available due to pandemic. The owner himself managing ALL IN ONE services at their doorstep. Facilities look OK. Only free channels available on Cable TV. The customers have to remind him or seek help every time through mobile as no desk help person available. Housekeeping services to be improved especially disinfection of rooms / toiletries very much needed. Also lack of sweeping of rooms. needs improvement

hotel staff were polite and helpful. Since it is located exactly on the highway, it is very safe and convenient to reach Sriharikota. It doesn't have an inhouse restaurant, but has a restaurant adjacent to it and another on d opposite side of the road. the rooms, floors, bedsheets and bathroom were kept clean. The running water in the washroom is extremely hard and hence is slowly corroding all d plumbing, apart from that, I think it's ok to not expect more than this given the tier 2 location.
We arrived late for check-in at about 5pm, and we're told room is allotted to someone else!. inspite of paying in full. they said hotel is fully booked. then finally they allowed us into a room at 9pm. here again someone's luggage was there already. when we pointed this out they said, they will come at 5am and take their luggage. at 4am two people came and demanded this room to be given to them. with so much disturbance we decided to leave the room at 4:30am foregoing our sleep. very unprofessional service. never found this worse a situation earlier.
