Hi everyone I would like to share my wonderful experience about practicing yoga at yogalayam. Yogalayam is one of the best yoga center in thoothukudi. I have joined yogalayam two weeks before and experiencing amazing energy , positive spirits and changes in my life style. I gradually lost almost 4kgs within 8 classes. Master listen to everyone patiently and teaches individually based on their requirements. I strongly recommend this place.

Place to purify soul I am glad that I found master as my Guru, Guide and Guardian. Master understood what I needed and taught according to my mind and body conditions. Initially, I had a plan to take only 3 days in a week.But now I am attending the class 5 days in a week. I really don't want to miss the class.
