This place is a Gem.. the master here is a very humble and polite soul. He customizes yoga and meditation for each student based on their needs, He gives individual attention to all the students, and never forgets to ask how you progress. For people like me who is dealing with stress related issues this yoga center is a blessing., The place is full of positive vibes. Though I am a beginner I was able to feel the positive vibration and peace there., So if you are someone who is dealing with any kind of modern day health issues(such as stress, anxiety, insomnia, forgetfulness, frustration..etc. etc.,) please visit this place once and talk to Master, you will benefit for sure,

Hi everyone I would like to share my wonderful experience about practicing yoga at yogalayam. Yogalayam is one of the best yoga center in thoothukudi. I have joined yogalayam two weeks before and experiencing amazing energy , positive spirits and changes in my life style. I gradually lost almost 4kgs within 8 classes. Master listen to everyone patiently and teaches individually based on their requirements. I strongly recommend this place.

At Sri Yogalayam, I felt individual care and attention, and the way of teaching was very unique, understanding my body condition and teaching what I want. I think this is where Master's 37 Years of teaching experience comes into play. I have not only become physically fit but also both mentally and emotionally healthier. My heartfelt thanks to you Master for creating a positive transformation in my life full of positivity, peace and happiness with much more confidence now. Thank you, Master. Place to purify soul I am glad that I found master as my Guru, Guide and Guardian. Master understood what I needed and taught according to my mind and body conditions. His teaching on yoga, meditation and motivational speech has helped me gain confidence and positive outlook towards life. Doing yoga is normal but finding a good teacher gives us the best result. I am grateful to God that I found a Master.

This is the best place for self care I've found and I am so happy that it's right here in thoothukudi ... I learn something new in each class and always while leaving feels refreshed and renewed Not only I have measurable results with in a week but also i feel like I understand the process more. Initially, I had a plan to take only 3 days in a week.But now I am attending the class 5 days in a week. I really don't want to miss the class. I can see lot of improvement physically & mentally Now I have completed 3 months. Our Yoga master teaching the meditation & yoga easy way. Thanks to our Yoga Master.

I was suffered in Gastric issue last 2 years. . I took so many treatments and also consulted many doctors (Allopathy, homeopathy,Ayurvedic), but everything ended with failure. I was very dis appointed. Finally one of my well-wisher suggest Sri Yogalayam, I started practicing yoga there and now I can see great difference in my body and in my lifestyle .Balu Sir is very good Yoga master his way of teaching was very unique, understanding my body condition and teaching what I want.Thanks to balu sir, I recommend Yogalayam to everyone
