Cheap Quality Room and Cheap Quality Services. Reception chare for water and give water in a jug. Receptionist Sunny behavior is very rude.Bed sheet so dull and washroom also in bed condition. No water available , No Shop , No towel.

very bad service worst hotel till visit. They asked me 350 extra charge in the name of ac opening charge and the behaviour of the Manager was sooo rude then again 50 rupees at the time of check out also the room was very dirty even no water in the flush tank. the ac of the room provided stopped working at night. all in all my worst experience in every aspects. I feel like they have looted us.

Dirty toilet ....showed me two rooms one had clean toilet and other was dirty.. i said yes for the room with clean toilet but after i paid money they gave me room with dirty toilet and told the other was already booked.. the ac was leaking water on bed and even after i complain 3 times they didn't do anything... worst hotel..

Pathetic OYO. This OYO should be closed. Their AC was Leaking Water. Even In the Bathroom No water available even for potty. And they have changed my room & given very small room just because i paid online in terms of discount. In the room cig grates were there on the floor. Pathetic OYO

I wanted to give it a zero star. Pathetic hotel pathetic service ,taking high charge, broken toilet seat. Receptionist was rude. And also don't book any hotel from oyo. Nobody is taking any booking from oyo, they are charging their regular hotel price. Not recommended at all

i was arrived at 3am on 27 march they adjusted me well i was fully satisfied but when i was leaving at 3 pm on the same day 27 march but the receptionist asked for more money saying that u stayed for longer but as per oyo room it was clearly mentioned 24 #7 check in and check out facilities was available but the room was good according to money they charged.tv was not working, staff was good but at last he didn't did good with me , infrastructure was good location was awesome, customer support needs to clarify more with owner safety and security was good, bathroom was not clean.

Worst hotel ever I stayed till now, rude staff and owner. Even the dirtiest one bedsheet pillow washroom everything. Location it too inside. Nothing can match my own expectations. Even i never stayed for a day if this hotel or oyo offers me a free accommodation. Highly disappointed by OYO they keep this hotel on priority search. Never waste your money if u want to stay its good to stay at Railway Station or Gurudwara or Dharamshala cause in that case u can save money and you get better cleanliness then here. Its my genuine suggestion rest is your choice.

Room was good. Cleanliness could be improved. A little bit of difficulty was faced to locate hotel. On behalf of toiletries, only soap is given while in Oyo, we get a pack of soap, shampoo & lotion. Breakfast should be provided either chargeable.
