Terrible experience! The rooms, service and cleanliness is disgusting. No AC, no window, no ventilation too. I asked the guy to clean, and he gave me face which read like - Why should I clean the room.. It's so clean already. Was too exhausted by the time I came here, so agreed to whatever he said and stayed for a day and left. Please don't stay here

I would have selected 0 star but there is no option. I booked this hotel through Agoda and made reservation and payment. However, when I came down, they declined me a room. They gave silly reason that the price I paid is too cheap so they will not give me a room. If that is the reason, then why did they accept the payment?
