Thankyou for your fantastic workout experience .you are the best personal trainer .Your knowledge about maintaining good health and communication towards my diet plans for weight loss really helped me out.I have been training for almost 3 months Now I have lost almost 10 kg in healthy way.I owe you my success.once again thank you so much sir.And have to mention about the gym which is truly safe for ladies .The supportive atmosphere , good quality, well maintained equipments and incredible coaches in very affordable price. Joining this gym have been the best decision I have made for my health .I would recommend this gym for everyone and most important thing is they open the gym for the whole day from morning 5 am to 10pm.go ahead guys for a fantastic transformations .

Best gym in the Urapakkam surrounding. We have joined the gym 3months back for weight loss. The trainers all very friendly and supported and encouraged in this whole weight loss journey. My trainer is Satish. He is full supportive and he keeps on changing my diet plans depending upon my health condition to fasten the weight loss journey.

One of the best gym in Urapakkam I joined this gym 3 months before .....gym trainer Mr.sathish is one of the best trainer....no matter how many times you ask him for workouts, he will teach you without any hesitation and also he keeps on changing the diet plans to fasten the weight loss process.....with the continuous workout and diet plans I have lost around 9 kgs in just 3 months

Best gym in Guduvanchery circle , trainers here are well knowledgeable and treat you with respect. Safe atmosphere and premise is cleanly maintained. They have changing room and wash room. I have been associated with them for the past four months and took personal training from Mr. Ravi. Coaching is up to my satisfaction and provides good motivation for endeavours in fitness field. Having said that, Fee is very much affordable compared to other places in the same circle. Give it a try!

Not much in terms of equipments. But the trainers Ravi and Gowrinath are pros. They will get you the results as long as you are committed.
