Rooms are Good.Room No 114 have Mountain View. Food Prices at Restaurant are costly as compared to Gangtok's other eateries. Staffs were very cooperative. Geyser facility is available at each room. Mountain view is available from conference room which is accessible by all Guests.

The food and the drinking water served in the hotel had major issues. We faced a lot of health problems. I think the competent authority will take a look for betterment of the food and water hygiene. We booked 2 rooms and in one room exhaust fan was not working in the bathroom. Hence checking of all items in any room is very necessary for improved service. The hotel staffs were well behaved. However, I found that overall the hotel did not meet up my expectation and was overpriced.

It was a nice stay... good property. Location is near by the main road and MG Marg also. Staffs are well behaved.... Over all its a nice peaceful stay. They also upgrade my room on request also because its available.

Location so so service is good nice. Room conditions not good.. Broken window in queen room. Though temporary jugad was done by hotel official. But need to be improved.

Service provided by the hotel staff was just awesome . Very polite behaviour and gesture by Mr. Amit Some & Ms. Namita Gurung at the hotel. The hotel was clean and everything was at proper place. Location is very nearer to MG Road. Had a nice stay.

The Executive "King" with mountain view had only a Queen size bed. The mattress was also in a bad condition that it gave me a backache. The mountain view is more like half the view since it's on the first floor. The bathroom was old and had stains all over the floor and walls. Food was immensely bad, luckily we didn't book the complementary breakfast. It's better to get a morning walk and eat at MG Marg. Gangtok boasts themselves of being "clean and green" while this hotel was wasting water as their water tank was overflowing for more than an hour. Not at all worth the price as there are similar hotels with the same price that gives you a much better experience.

first floor rooms have thermocol ceilings and have a pigeon menace. Some of the queen comfort category rooms are small, have no window and smell of cigarettes. Bathroom taps not working properly, exhaust fan not working.
