I was suffered with the back pain for a 15days in the month of June. My condition was so horrible not being able to stand nor sit for a long time. I went to allopathy hospital and met the doctor, he suggested me to take the Spine X-ray, it shows that there is bulge in the lower spine. He told me that the operation is not necessary, but some medicines and physiotherapy will help to reduce the pain, But the physiotherapy done in the hospital did not helped me. Hi friends I want to share my experience about my health issues.
