The Temple Is Great and Spiritual to Visit. There is a Spiritual Atmosphere. The Road is good and Easy to reach.Couple of things That Must Be noted, 1 1 1) There is a bIg Scam Happening here. They will Brain Wash You into doing pooja and they charge you exorbitant prices after everything is done 2 They entice you saying its free parking and its day Light robbery. There is Temple parking just Ahead of temple which can be used.

Shani Signapur was once a revered place and is probably now also. But the divine experience is nullified by the touts outside who loot every devotee in the name of fear. Some flowers, a coconut, sesame oil and some items costs you Rs 1280 which was exorbitant. Wish I had read the reviews of previous people before. I don't think Lord Shani would have ever wanted people to give these offerings. A small bottle of sesame oil and flowers is all that is actually required but the touts outside will instill fear of Shani God in you. Best is, park in the Govt parking just opposite the temple gate and buy oil which you can do outside or inside the temple premises also. You can pour the oil in the common area which is then pumped to the Shani God statue. If you want to directly pour on the statue, you have to buy a ticket of Rs 500 per person. It is my personal opinion that if you want to spend money, rather donate it to the temple for Prasad to the people and food for needy where you will get a receipt and money will be used in the right manner ( hopefully ).

I have visited to Shani Shingnapur in Oct 2023 to seek the blessings of Lord Shani. It is situated 65 kms from Shirdi. You can go by road, train or air via Shirdi. It is a Swayanbhu Shani Devsthan & thousands of devotees visit everyday to this place to seek the blessings of Lord Shani. You can get pooja Sahitya near Mandir. Also, you can get prasad & lunch. The devsthan is open from 12 AM to 12PM. This Swayanbhu Shani is in the form of Black imposing stone which has self emerged from the earth. Lord Shani showers blessings on devotees who visit Shani Shinganpur. A must for all devotees to visit at least once in his/her lifetime. Very revered temple but solicitation by touts makes the experience sad for devotees. Some tips for people visiting here: 1. There is no dress code, pls feel free to wear any decent clothes. 2. Pls park your car only in the temple parking right opposite the temple. There are many big parking lots around in the area, these are not only expensive but they pester you to buy things which you don't need and if you don't buy they are very rude. 3. There is a place to keep your footwear right at the temple entrance. You do not need to remove it in the car. 4. Mobile phones are allowed inside the temple.

I love visiting this sacred place. This time when I visit on shani amavasya their was huge rush. They detained vehicles 2-3 km ahead and provide auto service to temple. Good time but you have to be patience with the crowd. It is nearly 145 km from Nashik and it took 3-3.5 hr to reach their. The route nashik- sinnar - nandur shingote- talegaon-loni-rahuri-sani shignapur. Roads are in good shape.

It is a great place and only one place in the whole world where 2000 people are living their life without a gate at their home. Not only homes are without gates here you can see 1 UCO bank branch which is without a gate, police station and post offices and other govt. Private offices are without a gate. People from that village have a higher belief in the god shanidev. God status has no roof on his head no walls around himself. The place is around 140km from pune. I visited here from pune at night around 12 AM and reached here by 3 AM and waited there for 1.5 hours for aarti of Shani dev. Then I saw devotees come and put mustard oil on the god as oil gives relaxation to shani dev, I and my frnds also took oil bottles and put it on the GOD. Here if you want to put the oil directly on the God statue then you have to take a token of 500 Rsotherwise you can just put your oil in a container outside. And that oil will be directly going to that statue itself. I feel very relaxed when I sit in the temple and see the complete shrangar process of Shani dev. You should visit the temple and also visit the village which is the only village without doors in the world. And people are living their daily life without any fear of theft. The best thing is after 4:30 AM early morning aarti you will get a cup of tea as Prasad by their local people

Temple is good. There is a charge of 500 rupees if you want to worship from inside or use oil on shani maharaj. Otherwise no fee from outside. Very most important thing, Be aware of the people who will stop your car on the way to the temple and give you free advice to park your vehicle at their place and in return you have to buy oil, pooja ... etc from their place at a very higher rate... so be cautious of these things. Normal government parking is just opposite to the entry gate of temple and hardly 100 meters from these people's fraud places. Govt parking is very big open ground on right side of on the way to temple if you are coming from Shirdi. Car parking fee 20 Oil and all the pooja items you can purchase at very nominal price from inside the temple from the shop of shani sansthan. There is shani sansthan food and space to live in is also there just besides parking. Lunch price is 50 per person.

Holy Shani Shingnapur is the original temple of Hindu deity Shani dev. The village is famous for having no locks on doors. The deity is swayambhu means it was self born.Temple parking is different ,its right opposite the temple. No need of buying anything from out . Offering oil is important in this temple. One can buy from the official store inside temple itself. If you want to do direct oil Abhishek , one needs to purchase special ticket at the cost of Rs500 per person. Dont get fooled by locals. They scam tourists by selling at very high rates

I think, it was a nice place to visit. I heard about the Shani god from my family members, friends and relatives how powerful they are in terms of getting bad luck. Never thought I would visit him and take his blessings. I'm very happy I have done that, please make a visit and take blessings. Remember you shouldn't see back once you have given your prayers. Also, people who sell all that stuff related to abhishekam or other things are looting from people. I think, barely would be enough. We got trapped with that group and we burned enough money by taking all the unnecessary items who mis sold us by telling us one price at the start and charged us enough after darshan. Take care of the price especially when you are Telugu and unable to deal with the stuff. I didn't have any pictures of gold because of that rule that one shouldn't see back.
