Hello guys !! These travels are worst !! Its a nightmare to remember for lifetime...yest I travelled from Ahmedabad to Pune.. When I did the booking it was bharat benz bus...but I got different bus...worst condition!! All ants around the seat..used dirty bedsheets with stains and used blankets...worst quality.. !! The stopped at 11.30 for dinner ...morning bus tryre got burst...!! They dropped us 4 -5hours late...and tgat too at a different drop point !! As per their requirement !! Worst services ever ...dont even think of booking. ..and if youll have booked cancel it immediately and save urself from nightmare !!
Very dissatisfied with the booking. I am boarding on non A/C sleeper which has manual window opening which is also dissatisfy. The Bus number is GJ-14-X-9387 The person on the Tours and travels took 750/- for single seat!! That's fine!! But atleast they could have give some nominal facilities like charging point etc. Very annoying!! If you are charging 750/- for one passenger!! You should have give this kind of facility!! Not so good! Please kindly look after this review. Other wise I'll do the legal actions accordingly!!
Most worst service don't attend customers well and nethher there is a best way to communicate with customer. Bus came very late and no action is being taken when there is a customer complain Worst bus
We had the worst experience with Sahjanand travel during the journey from Ahmedabad To Mandvi, because on the day of travel suddenly at noon time the bus got changed and when we visited the Ahmedabad office they were asking for extra charges for the Volvo Bus journey, Seat was not comfortable at all, it's very much congested even bus and seat was not properly cleaned or hygiene. There was one more surprise when the bus reached at Anjar suddenly the driver communicated with us to change the bus to reach Mandvi, we paid the AC Bus charges and we traveled from Anjar To Mandvi on the non-AC bus. No one even answering over the call when we were trying to patch them for support or clarity regarding this kind of error and inconvenience.
Travelled Ahmedabad to bhuj in one of their Volvo AC sleeper coach. It was a good journey. Booked via paytm. Bus was On time, took off from paldi at 10.50pm and reached bhuj at 6.30am. AC was very chilled, blankets were provided. Few drops of water was coming out from AC vents. Other than that No issues. Enjoy your journey.
