Though it's a big shopping centre, sales person are not attentive. In the material section we waited and no one came. So we moved on to men's wear. Many branded shirts are there but the collection is poor. Staff at the cash counter is too slow or either inexperienced.

I recently visited Shobhika for some family shopping, and I must say that my experience left me somewhat disappointed, especially when it came to shopping for kids' clothing. First and foremost, the selection for kids' attire was quite limited. It felt like the store primarily catered to adults, and the children's section was almost an afterthought. I was hoping to find a wide range of styles, colors, and sizes for my little ones, but the choices were sparse...

Very bad service from the staffs..From the sales to the reception...I just wonder why people show too much attitude..Not even a single smile except the one who came for review purpose......Wanted to purchase more,but seeing their face i just wanted to get out from the shop...Soo much negative vibe..... Even in the reception...They treat like i asked them to pay my bill... Having a good collections and having bad staffs is not a good combination...

Collections are very nice ...all sorts of materials are available...n nice service

Good shop for buying clothes for onam , vishu , etc. There's different kind of clothes here in different prices. But the collection is low for men , it does not have new trends.

I had worst customer service from the fancy section in your shop. We were jus looking for sunglasses and sales man had a very bad attitude towards us.It will be better if you increase the manners of your staff.
