Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the receptionist's attitude. A medical facility should be welcoming, but I found the receptionist to be rude and lacking basic courtesy while speaking with patients. This really needs improvement.

The doctors is very good and the all staff is also good but the seating arrangement is very bad. Doesn't seem to be paying attention to the number. One has to wait a long time even after seeing the doctor to get the report. There are a lot of patients but the seating is very poor.

Dr. Rita Shinde is a highly experienced doctor. Extremely polite and soft spoken. Smoothly handles all the critical situation and patients. If you are getting treated by her, be assured you are in safe hands.

I will further reduce it to 1 star after y'day incident. My original feedback is also intact at bottom. I visited the place due to family emergency and the staff was quick to identify that I was the one who posted a true feedback.They were confronting me and next I will confront the Doctor as their staff in my opinion is destroying the trust she and her family build in. Our review is personal experience and I will reiterate again. Dr Shinde is very good but she won't be there all the time to look after your patient. Those who are supposed to are irresponsible, greedy and grudge keeping staff. Straight Advise : For 8 month consult with Dr Shinde, Do a regular exercise on your own and deliver some where else with consent of Dr Shinde. [Previos:]2 Star : Because of Dr Shine's initial assessment else I would have give 1 only. Now actual point : They are greedy and will go for operation only. Dr will never try to get you for a normal delivery. They won't ask if you are doing regular exercise, don't warn you until 9 months that you might be struggling to give a normal birth and at the end, they will create a panic situation that at the end gou have to go for operation. After the operation, the staff will demand for money aa token of happiness but they won't help you during your stay in hospital, they don't have small medicine in hospitals and will ask you to go out and purchase that even in case of emergency. My simple suggestions , Better not to go here at all and even if you do, change after 6 month or pregnancy. Their simple myntra is to trap families in a panic situation that no body will ask them to try for a normal delivery.

Her experience has helped us a lot in every manner. I have recently undertaken treatment for my hair from Dr Raunak Shinde, highly educated plastic surgeon With a fantastic hand. I did not even realise the procedure undertaken by him on my scalp region. Absolutely perfect hand of a surgeon.It is also showing results.
