We stayed for a couple of nights over the Diwali period. The stay was very memorable. The location of the resort is simply breathtaking with a great view of the Salem city down below in the valley. The rooms were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and courteous. A special word of mention to the restaurant staff, who went out of their way to entertain and keep our little toddler occupied and happy, and served all that was asked with a smiling face and thereby making sure we all had a very pleasant and lovely experience. Would highly recommend their property.
The resort ambiance and the staff are exceptionally good. They really do care for their guest and our comfort. Everyone right from cleaning people, resort staff, and the manager really care for your comforts. My kids just loved the place. In the restaurant, you need to let them know your preference in advance because they prepare food after you order. The food is very good.
The best thing about this resort is that you don't need to go out to enjoy Yercaud. We stayed at the resort for 2 days and went out only for lake boating. Every other fun activity was available within the resort. Decently clean rooms, spectacular views from huge private balcony, fun for my year old, scrumptious breakfast spreads etc.. Thought the food was good, would have personally liked more variety on the menu.
Undoubtedly one of the best resorts in Yercaud to unwind and relax.literally the entire team is present to receive and send you off. I loved their gesture to give water bottle while leaving. I would definitely visit this place again if I am visiting Yercaud in the future.
Nice, new Property. Rooms meet all basic needs. Enjoyed campfire, tasty dinner. Mr.Dinesh was very friendly, Good at taking very good pics and engaged us well. Other staff members and the chef were nice too. Keep up the good work
We are a family of 2 people with kids. From reception to kitchen every one took well care of us. From reception they gave a good welcome with smiling face. Most of all, they prepared a separate food for my one year baby as per my need in kitchen. Thanks for that. Rooms are maintained nicely. Evening tea and snacks, carrom board tennis in open place make our stay enjoyable. Thanks to the staffs who took care of us and will visit again if I come to Yercaud.
We had a very pleasant stay @Sherva stellar resort Yercaud, The Valley view rooms are very spacious, beds are comfortable and the view is amazing from the rooms, hospitality is wonderful,The staff are polite & care taking with smile. Nice and serene location. Friendly/down to earth people. Especially friendly treatment and caring from manager Mr. Yousif. Food was excellent. Room rental price is on little bit higher side. But I see it worth. If going along with kids, book for minimum 2 days(i.e, 2 nights - 3 days). We planned for 1 day trip and couldn't enjoy the amenities provided from the resort. Overall best place to stay. Would definitely re-visit again with family.
