Visited after seeing lots of positive review on this hotel, This would be my first negative review given to someone Chicken Tandoori -Not good added lots of colours in masala Chicken Biryani - Rice quality was too poor , oily , tasteless and really uncooked I was expecting at least decent rice but it was like ration. Paplet fry - Was too oily , masala was not good just something applied with no salt.
Not very high-fi place. But the Seafood Thalis are awesome. Must try if you go to Alibaug. P.s. Chicken Thali is also good (Curry is good, biriyani is not)
Food tastes very nice. Reasonable rate. Staffs are very helpful. Overall service is good.
One of the best restaurants in alibaug their terms of taste are awesome and the way they treat it was fantastic. We were staying in the villa where they informed us that outside food is not allowed and in the afternoon we eat food from shailmar we came for our dinner and asked them to serve us the food which we asked them to parcel in the afternoon they even did that for us. Will surely visit again. One of our favourite place in alibaug. Taste is awesome and hospitality is beyond our thinking.
Good place to eat non veg food especially sea food. It's not that spacious. It hardly accommodates 12 tables. So u may find yourself in the waiting line. Location is ok. Parking is available but can be an issue during peak hours. Overall once a try type restaurant.
Food was goood thali offered is expensive ( prawns thali ) and Biriyani was good
