Visited Dr Iqbal, a gastroenterologist for my child who got food poitioning a day before. Well qualified doctor, did the check up carefully and suggested medication as we're to travel that evening. Quality hospital with good facilities. OPD is clean, centrally air-conditioned, well-lit and staff is very friendly. Toilets are clean. Only issue was cups for drinking water. There were no cups or glass. Even after asking, it took more than 20 minutes before we got one.

I never had such worst experience with any TPA department. Initially they demanded huge deposited because they don't have trust on Insurance company. Apart from your treatment cost shalby hospital itself having their cost which is not payable by the insurance company that has to paid by the patient at the time of discharge in fact nobody ready to given the details of such cost. You may get into lots of trouble to get your deposit refund because they plan to eat your entire deposit amount also. Mrs Kavita so rude with the patient she required the basic tranning how to treat with the patient/attenders.

Worst TPA department ever seen in any hospital, you may charge same amount whatever paid by you TPA company. Approx cost of per day consumables items 2000/- which born by patient. In fact hospital after paying such amount hospital refused to provide any details. Whatever amount you deposited initially will not be refunded at the time of discharge or not even 45 days later. Mrs Kavita so rude with the patient.

Thanks Dr megha agrawal maam for normal delivery at shalby hospital. Delivery was so much complicated. Patient's uterus was outside .all doctors advised us for lscs but megha madam assured us for normal delivery. And conducted the same. Thanks shalby hospital team and dr megha agrawal ma'am.

My health check up visit to this hospital is very well and planned properly. Maintained good hygiene. Overall good service.
