Egg Kothu Parotta, Parotta with Gravy, Chicken 65 - a must-try dishes!
The taste is Very Good, but get a Parcel and move, we can't sit there and eat the food, no AC and too much heat... Can't sit inside... There will always be a crowd... Because the taste of Parotta and Gravy is unique.
Parotta Kuruma and Gravey is ultimate. I also like Briyani.
Dining here really took me back to the early days when the place was run by the current owner's dad i believe. The food is amazing! The current owner is an extremely nice guy. Very attentive, always smiling and enquiring with his customers if they liked the food. I had the chicken kurma and their paratha which is the best you can get in Pondy. Next I'm going to try their mutton.
1st time visitor. Poricha parotta was good.. but I didn't like the salna personally as it's like nothing but grated coconut and not spicy at all. I don't know if it goes well with chicken gravy...but the salna they offer with the parotta, not a fan of it.
Started towards the end of 1970 i guess, the present owner's father ran the business with quality, taste and a uniqueness until 2013. Now, his son just started it in the same name but in a different location. Food prepared aunthentically, they try to maintain the same taste and is awesome. All the best!
