Escaping the city chaos, I found paradise at this resort. Nestled in a serene location, every nook exuded character and charm. The staff's warmth and the delectable cuisine elevated the experience. The owners' hospitality made it feel like a home away from home. A true gem for those seeking tranquility and genuine hospitality.

Not at all a good experience. Had to check out in just one day. Mainly because the toilets were smelling. This continued even after our room was changed.Also because we learned after checkin that there was a wedding scheduled during our stay which would have surely hampered our idea of a quiet and relaxing family holiday. The management did try to falsely convince us that there wouldn't be anything near our rooms but the tent house arrangements being carried out outside our rooms spoke to the contrary. Normally in a hospitality industry one would expect some gesture of regret from their part in the invoice. It was missing. In fact we were even charged for a previous day that we had postponed.

This place is a hidden gem. Located deep within the mountains Shaheen Bagh has stunning views and amazing scenery.The resort is covered in greenery and the decor was extremely rustic. A must visit for plant and bird lovers as every room( very clean and comfortable) is masterfully themed to specific birds. We recieved a warm welcome from the owner Sandhya Ji. The owner Arun Gupta who is extremely passionate and knowledgeable, personally provides bird watching experiences to guests. The staff is very kind and polite, provide excellent service and even go out of their way to take on guest's special requests ( celebrated our dad's birthday at the resort and they arranged for everything we needed). The food was delicious and well portioned. They have great options for North Indian, indo Chinese, continental and my personal favorite local Garhwali food. The breakfast buffet was really good and had a surprisingly large spread with great eggs and coffee made fresh for you. Anil Rawat ji who was very sweet to us took us to a beautiful riverside to enjoy with the family. We had a wonderful relaxing experience and hats off to Mr Sushil Negi, Anil, Deepak and the whole team for the amazing hospitality. If you managed to read this far then you should definitely go and check this place out. You won't regret it!

Absolutely stunning place. The place is full of plants, gardens, and flowers. I've never seen such a wide variety of colorful flowers at a single place before. And they are very well maintained too. The pool is also very well maintained and clean. The rooms are very spacious and well kept. The service was also spot on. All the staff members, reception, restaurant, and housekeeping were very friendly, helpful and courteous. This includes the owners who came to our table every day to chat with us. They prepare the food fresh everyday, so it's better if you tell them what you want in advance. The food was delicious too Overall had a wonderful experience at Shaheen Bagh. I would definitely highly recommend this place and would definitely visit it again the next time I go to Dehradun.

A beautifully located boutique resorts . With scenic view it can be rated the best in this area . It has awesem scenery around it . Full of greenery , you won't forget the stay at this hotel for a long long time . If you are a nature lover Add it to your travel list ... you will love to come again & again . It's favourite among the Bollywood stars & shooting of many movies has been done in this location

We hosted our wedding at Shaheen Bagh Resort in Dehradun. We had a dreamy wedding. We wanted to keep our wedding a very intimate affair and we booked the property as soon as we saw it, because it was purely magical. Sandhya aunty was involved in the planning since one year, and Arun uncle was on his feet during the entire event. The staff was also very friendly and made all guests feel very comfortable. The food was delicious as well. Our family and all our guests had the loveliest time! Thank you Sandhya aunty and Arun uncle for being family to us! Lots of love

Great location and ambience within the property. The staff is extremely hospitable and care for your every need. Facilities within the property are limited so if you go with kids pls go in a group to keep them engaged. We really enjoyed ourselves and appreciated the warm hospitality of the owners.

Great location overall. The rooms are amazing (while just a couple of them are a bit smallish, they are mostly good), very tastefully decorated with classic vintage interiors. The views are spectacular including the night time view of Mussoorie's lights. The amenities are nice, the area is beautifully landscaped. A lot of hard work has been put in planning just the greenery in this place with beautiful hanging pots and elaborate vines, variety of flora and fauna (we even found fireflies at night). The pool is very well maintained. The staff is super cordial and always willing to go out of the way to make it comfortable. The owners usually hang around and make it very personable with great conversation and an obvious genuine interest in our well being at the resort. I do feel they need to work on better manpower and raw material forecasting... A small incident happened during our stay when just one more family checking into the resort slowed down the food service considerably despite an amazing staff who did their best (however being limited to just 2 people there was only so much they could do). I love the place, and I hope the owners take feedback above as I would definitely love to stay here again.
