Excellent Bus Service, we really had best experience. I have booked the bus's 2 weeks before for my cousins wedding. Day before the travel date I have received mobile SMS with the following details: Bus No, Time & Contact Details of the Driver. Bus's arrived exactly on Time at the exact location, Driver called me saying we have arrived at the location, I was just surprised. Bus's are in perfect condition, well maintained. I this hot summer, A/C was perfect & my relatives have complimented me for the same. Driver's are very professional. I have never expected such an amazing service. Thank you very much to the Team.

Used Santosh Travels service from Hyd to Vijayawada. The Bus and seating are very comfortable. Honest and Delivered what is promised [w.rt time, Bus Quality]. Would use and recommend them for fuss free travel. We have used fixed kilometers and it was perfect. However, might be due to old bus, found the meter in one of bus is little incorrect w.r.t kilometers. However, since the booking was for fixed kilometers, based on location of pickup and drop, they immediately accepted for fixed kilometers, though ours exceeded the booked kilometers by slight margin.
I have used the service thrice and very much satisfied Drivers are always punctual and very supporting Santosh travels provide buses at very reasonable rates (best in market) All Buses looks like brand new with JBL speakers and subwoofers installed Totally very much satisfied

Hello EVerybody!!!.. I Would like to share My Overall Experience with Santosh Travels, Hyderabad. I booked the 22 Seater AC Coach for Srisailam Tour. At the Time of booking over phone, I spoke to Mr. Santosh - 99088 08883 (seems to be owner of the vehicle). When I tried the Negotiate the price he quoted, he said that the Vehicle is in Excellent Condition, Hitech, clean, etc.,, I Thought, if he is so confident, then there is nothing to negotiate as we are on family tour and we need safety and clean vehicle. When the Vehicle Reached our home next day at about 5.30 A.M in the morning, I asked Driver Mr. VEnkatesh to confirm , whether the Bus is clean , he said, yess.. As it is morning time, I didnt take pain to check personally. But when all the family Members Boarded the Bus, the real picture came out. There are lot of Mosquitoes, the Luggage space is very dirty inside the bus, all the old stuffs like Snacks cover, Rotten Idly, Waste used Plates, bad smell was coming out of bus... When I complaint to the driver, he said , i dont know, he was on another bus,, (as Expected , the same Excuse!!!1). When we Cross the Hyderabad City Limits, the driver started complaining about the Bus Breaks setting, Wheel Allighments, etc..,, I said, its only one day tour and we need to come back to Hyderabad in the evening, We dont have that much of time to go to garage and do all these stuffs, you could have taken care of all these before the tour start. But, after some time , he stoPped the Bus at some garage and started the repair work. Almost one hour over, still the bus was in garage, When complained to Owner, his tone was oppposite like a day before and very rude!!!.. Like he knows the Bus Condition very well. He said, I will look into it and come back to me.. But , he never called and justify the issue. Anyways, we reached srisailam with a journey of 9 hours, (actaully it is 200 kms with a time of 5 hours). Driver also has poor knowledge of that Area. We reached back to Hyderabad next day around 3.00 AM. AND We paid full amount, whatever the Driver said!!!. BUT WE HAVE FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT TO WRITE OUR FEEDBACK!!!!!!!! SO THAT OTHERS SHOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING SANTOSH TRAVELS BUSES!!! OVERALLL, THE BUS CONDITION WAS VERY BAD, POOR RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER!!!.. ADVISE NOT TO DEAL WITH THESE TRAVEL GUY!!!!.. ALL THE BEST!!!
