The food is not soo good . Cocktails is good to go option. Service is very poor as the staff doesn't listen the order carefully and their serving time is high.

The food was good, however the service was an atrocity! Such poor service that made us think twice to return here. The staff is not listening and the order is just different from the instructions. Seems like they are working for the first time. Definitely not recommended!! We were denied an item because it was 'unavailable' until we say someone else get the same item, totally disappointed. The manager wasn't even here to complaint. Would've given it zero stars of it was an option. Easily the worst experience in a restaurant

Great service, great experience, I was visiting India after 11 years and my family members recommended Sandoz highly. I reside in the Uk and loved the great atmosphere and hospitality from the staff . Will definitely visit again when i return to India

Got ourself achari chaap , crispy corn , crispy veg , kfc style paneer , and cold coffee . Everything was good . Revolving restaurant was getting us dizzy but otherwise good concept

Worst service. I along with my family and valuable guests visited on 01.10.23.. I spent approx 3 hours for my snacks and dinner and paid bills of Ta. 3800/- but service was poorest than even ordinary roadside dhaba. Even no responsible person was available to hear the complaint. I recommend that don't waist time and money to visit such restaurant.
