Salida Del Sol - Hotel in Panaji - North Goa, India

I came here for a stay of 5 days, the staff is very helpful, rooms were super clean, I liked their breakfast options as well.

First - front office staff are untrained and grumpy. No inclination to help guests. Bad and leaky bathroom, fungus ridden cupboards, cockroaches in bathroom, no wifi, no works cup football channel, not willing to help resolve. Overall a very bad experience! I think the management is poor and hands off. No accountability. If you are looking at a good experience- stay away! Too many things screwed up!

Good service and good location hotel also very good...

Location is perfect especially for Casino visitors. A small boutique hotel with beautiful rooms. Quality of bed, AC, washroom everything is perfect. Breakfast has limited menu, but quality is good. Staff behaviour is very good and cooperative. We would specially mention the name of Mr. Suraj, who was very helpful. Overall stay was very good, will visit again and recommend for others Shiv Bangalore

Location is a plus point. Its in the market area still in a quiet lane. Mr. Suraj at front desk was very supportive and courteous. The staff was helpful. Quick service. Neat and clean rooms. With most of the amenities. Standard rooms are very small in size. It hardly can accommodate two people. Suraj upgraded me to deluxe room which was quite good and specious. Breakfast was quite good I would like to stay in this hotel again as I am a regular visitor to Goa. Cost Wise i found it. Somewhat expensive.

Very Happy with this hotel, super liked it Received warm welcome on arrival, reception manager was very informative and attentive. Property was very clean and hygienic; good breakfast menu / options. Entire staff is very pleasant and cheerful in every interaction. Located in mid of Panaji and restaurants, shopping, cafes are very accessible nearby. They do also arrange for renting out bikes at market rates, they don't charge their commissions. Their MOJO pub is also best and happening place in Panaji and a must go once during your stay.

The room was clean and neat. The room has a mini bar (refrigerator) which is payable. Staff is very friendly. Best part of this hotel is that you can inform the staff for early check-in. We had ordered room service and the food was excellent. Breakfast is inclusive in the tariff and is well prepared.They have a pub attached to it which is next door. The music from the pub is loud and can be heard in the reception area. I did not feel it too disturbing in the room. Bathroom had a few cockroaches which needs to be taken care of by the management.

I stayed at this property around January 2016.The rooms are quite small , but sufficient for business travellers .The rooms are very well maintained with good interiors and fittings. The hotel does not have any restaurant . Food is served in the rooms and the in room menu hardly has any choice.The breakfast is served on the top floor which is a banquet hall.The breakfast was simple with hardly any spread.For families who expect more choices , it will be disappointing but I hope the management would take a call in regards to multiple cuisines served at the hotel.The hotel has a very good pub and is a very happening joint. As far as the service is concerned it is up to the mark and very prompt.The location of the hotel is good right in the center of panjim.There are quite a lot of restaurant near the hotel which serves multiple cuisines. I would recommend this property to bussiness travellers . For people who would like to chill out at the hotel and expect some amenities like swimming pool, gym, children's play area , etc , then this hotel is not a good choice as it does not have any of them. I had a very wonderful stay and would surely recommend this property to my bussiness travellers.
