I would like to take this opportunity to thank my friend who referred me to this yoga therapy. My experience with Guna madam and all other instructors has been wonderful. Due to medical reasons I was referred to take exercise as priority in my daily routine. I tried many suggestions but didn't like it whole heartedly. It is been about 7 months since I have joined the yoga class with Gunasundari Mam. Initial one month was more of cramps and pain and was not regular to class. Now 6 months have passed and my HbA1C from 10 to 5.38. I have never seen this number in the past 7 years with medicines tapering. My life is gaining health gain because of the classes and all the work that Mam has put behind the scenes which none of us are aware of.
