I would like to take this opportunity to thank my friend who referred me to this yoga therapy. My experience with Guna madam and all other instructors has been wonderful. Due to medical reasons I was referred to take exercise as priority in my daily routine. I tried many suggestions but didn't like it whole heartedly. But after joining madam's class I am waiting for every day class. I am blessed to have her in my life. Thanks madam

Hi mam your way of teaching yoga is extraordinary. After came to your yoga center my stress level decreased day by day. Now my body is flexible to do all my routine work and lever poses are Extraordinary . Songs u are selecting for meditation is so relaxing for our brain and body. Within 4 months I have lost 10 kgs. After joining yoga class, miracle happened to me...I didn't have veritigo issues after your class.. You give detailed explanation for each and every poses, chakras and it's benefits... I attended this yoga class & weight loss section past one month. My body feel very light. I check my weight. I loss 3.6 kg mam. 72.2 to 68.6kg within a month mam. U are the only reason mam. Thank you so much mam.

It is been about 7 months since I have joined the yoga class with Gunasundari Mam. Initial one month was more of cramps and pain and was not regular to class. Now 6 months have passed and my HbA1C from 10 to 5.38. I have never seen this number in the past 7 years with medicines tapering. My life is gaining health gain because of the classes and all the work that Mam has put behind the scenes which none of us are aware of.
