I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and attention I received during my 2 days stay at Safa Marwa Hospital in connection Ls surgery of my mother. From the moment I entered the hospital, I met with warmth and professionalism that made my experience truly remarkable. The entire staff, from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors, demonstrated a level of compassion and competence during my stay. Their willingness to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and provide the highest quality medical care was truly commendable. The hospital's cleanliness and organization were also noteworthy, contributing to a sense of comfort and well-being during a challenging time. Hospital is well maintained and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful during our 2 days stay we had no stress of patience care We got operated under golden card they no money was charged even on discharge they gave medicines along

Excellent services provided. Honestly we are satisfied with the staff. The only thing I would suggest is housekeeping staff,they should be trained well so the premises will remain clean.

One of the worst hospital make sure when they say any price ask them for written proof. Administration and doctor both are on same page of cheating the customers. Cleaning staff and nurses are caring.

Experienced staff especially Dr idrees sahab but service is not well at all.

Safa Marwah Hospital is one of the best hospitals located in Srinagar. They have a team of expert doctors that take care of patients' health properly. They maintain all the hygiene and proper sanitation to keep the hospital clean. The staff behaviour is very good with proper knowledge. They will assist you at their best. The administration and the counter personnel are all ridiculous and disgusting. As per all hospital protocols payment is made at the end but nothing is same with this hospital. They charged us before surgery that too after misbehaving with us. We were left with no other option than to pay. The old lady (owner) is so rude and arrogant as if she is the prime minister of this nation. Post operative care is very good. The nursing staff, surgeon doctor, anesthetist, OT attendants were all cooperative from start to end. But rest everything is just zero and yes hygiene is not there cup of tea, they actually dont know what it means. Cleanliness is 0/10.
