I am coming to the centre from December 2022. After joining this yoga class, I feel my body has become more flexible. Before joining here I had cervical pain, mental stress and I always felt the heaviness. Thanks to our Yogaacharya Roshan sir. Now I feel lighter and I could do Sarvangasana, Shirshashana, Shashakasana, Mayurasana, Bakasana, Chakrasana, and many more asanas with ease. In the future, I will be able to do Bhuminamanasana, Dandasana and much more with his help. Definitely, I would recommend to many friends of mine. Please all of you must visit once. Thank you

It's been 2 month since I joined this yoga class and I m already seeing great results... To be honest it's really good. Every mentor is really helpful and friendly. They teach not only yoga but aerobics, exercises of internal organs, breathing exercises, hard core, everything without any equipments. There are people of every age group having different problems like thairoid, over weight etc and our mentor teaches each and everyone really carefully according to our needs and problems. Timings are also flexible which is a really good factor. I would recommend everyone to join this for fitness.

This is the best Yoga centre in Varansi.I had severe allergy problem since last 10 years.After two months my all medicines stopped.This yoga centre providing mental and physical peace by different yogasana.This centre is not only money oriented.

Roshan Yoga Classes is the best institution of yog Roshan sir is best teacher and his team is very supportive. when i join the online yoga classes .. i feel something different.. teacher gives instructions and demonstration of poster very well i am glad i learnt many more difficult aasana online.pranayama and also theoretical knowledge of yoga.
