Reliance Smart Bazaar is a large and well-organized store offering a wide range of products under one roof. From groceries, vegetables, dairy products, snacks, cosmetics, to a decent collection of clothing, they have almost everything you need for daily shopping. the discounts and offers are relatively limited compared to some other local stores or online platforms, especially on groceries and household items.

Had the most disappointing experience at Smart Bazaar. Online payments are not accepted for parking, and the guard refused to accept a Rs. 500 note, insisting on change only. Refusing cash(legal tender) and UPI, i.e. all reasonable modes of payment, is a restrictive/unfair trade practice. We were forced to find parking outside and carry our shopping bags all the way. The prices and offers displayed all around are outdated. We had to pay double for some items than we initially calculated based on their prices displayed. After we checked the bill and found out this mistake, we asked the cashier about it, but they insisted that the prices are correct. We asked to return those products, but were informed that we'd have to return them at the exit, and the price of that return will be added to our shopping balance, meaning that we'd have shop for that same amount. A refund would not be given. The cashier was not interested in the feedback when we told him that the prices were wrongly displayed, choosing to ignore us. This is misleading, false advertising, and overall poor customer service.

Prices are mostly set wrong on display or not available. Most of the time I have to raise the dispute for wrong pricing. Money doesn't get refunded to same payment mode, it gets transfer to account which is annoying and restrictive. Smart bazaar has to improve on billing as well, every customer spelling out their mobile number even for single item purchase. There's no way to purchase goods without providing mobile number (your privacy goes out of window) and dispute only resolved through mobile number. Plus, there are no display to comfirm the prices during item scanning at billing counter. Overall it wasn't good experience with lack of display prices, discrepancy during billing, lack of customer facing display during scanning and dispute process. All the above are stadard procedures and if not resolved, I am sure grocery delivery services have bright future in Nasik, like tier1 cities.

Please check the discounts on every item before payment of the bill, because there is no discount on some products and after billing you will get to know that you have paid full amount. And this extra paid amount will be used when you visit again for shopping. So be careful while shopping here.

Very disgusting behaviour of staff working at the cloth section. They don't have manners to talk with customer. Even though talking rubbish with the customer, they blame reliance store incharge or manager as they told them to talk in this manner. Very bad service providers by the staff especially ledies staff. 👎👎
