Finding a good fitness coach is like finding a good pair of jeans that fits perfectly. I really want to thank the efforts of ma'am, she is very professional, well experienced and has deep knowledge about yoga. Her classes are a mix of aerobics, zumba,cardio,breath work, stretches and asanas, which is a perfect blend to start your day. I have learnt a lot about yoga poses, alignment, and how to enter into a pose using various techniques. I have also received guidance and inspiration from ma'am how I can work towards my body flexibility and my goal. As we all know PCOS cannot be treated clinically, whereas, with the help of some simple lifestyle changes like yoga, a well balanced diet, it can be effectively managed.. I'm reversing mine very effectively. I would definitely recommend this course to all yogis if you wanted to take your fitness and yoga journey to the next level.
