Extremely rude staff. I took my GRE exam here and took an additional rough paper. I was so nervous while writing my exam that i slightly tore my rough sheet. mind you this tear was around 0.2mm big lol. It was so insignificant but the guy who was doing all the checks and everything absolutely lost his mind and he threatened me saying that i violated the rules and that he would file a CPR on me. I asked him politely that why is he making such a scene for something sooo unimportant like seriously? But he was extremely arrogant and rude. I wonder what these idiotic policies are who are giving these idiots these jobs. Utterly nonsensical experience.

Gave my TOEFL here. Clean and comfortable experience. Strict but fair. Only con being no noise cancellation headphones available.

Worst experience, there is a lot of disturbance during the exam. mic doesn't have voice cancellation. While i was giving my listening exam , the other student beside me was giving speaking test. I couldn't even hear the my listening conversation properly. There is no proper organisation nd no gap between the students.

Very professional and comfortable experience. Given both my GRE and TOEFL here. Everything was smooth. They provide free lockers. The headphone quality was decent. Given you have the right documents, everything should be seamless.

I had a very bad experience in this test centre. I would highly suggest you guys to give your exam in any other test center if it's possible. The staff is very rude. Test center's are made for our convenience but these guys were arrogant with me throughout. I had a small doubt during the exam and I called a staff member for help. He was totally blank and he literally told me I'm not supposed to help you or guide you in anything. I couldn't understand what to do so I asked the person beside me and she told me what to do. All this took place after my exam was over. The staff member came to my place and started behaving very rude for asking a small doubt. They did not even try to help me. They went on to tell that they would report me for malpractice, the only thing I did was ask for a doubt which was not related to my exam and this took place after I had completed my exam and needed some other help as I was not receiving any help from the arrogant staff. I HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS SUCH ARROGANT PEOPLE!

I've attended one exam at this centre. They check all the belongings and treat us like criminals if we don't agree to them. Some people were sent back just because their names were not correct as per the appointment. Lucky me! Atleast I've entered into the exam hall. They would have kept a closed room for checking us but they check in open area infront of everyone. They're asking to show jean pockets if we're wearing a long kurta on it. Shame on these people! If we are any other type of attire they might ask us to remove the dress there itself.

Took my TOEFL here. It was an overall good experience- staff was cordial, polite, quick and helped me out promptly when my computer stopped working for some time. Washrooms are very clean too. Remember that the centre can get really crowded at times, so multiple people give the test at once. This can be a bit distracting during the speaking section.
