My Father's blood report was showing very High PSA (approx. 13.5) in Feb'2023 for which we consulted with Dr Puskar Sir. Under Puskar Sir's guidance my father got multiple required Test done to conclude the root cause/actual ailment (i.e. Creatinine, Multiparameter MRI of Prostate). Prostatomegaly, Size 41x42x32 mm, PIRADS-4 in basal right peripheral zone laterally was reported in test of Multiparameter MRI of Prostate. Accordingly TRUS guided Prostate Biopsy was done by Dr Puskar Sir and presence of Invasive Acinar Adenocarcinoma (i.e. Cancer) - Gleason's, Grade 4+3 = 7/10 was found in the report. And Finally my father was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. At this time we and our whole family were very hopeless but Dr Puskar Sir has never put our MORALE down and always encouraged us to be positive to fight with such ailment. Further PSMA PET-CT Scan was done to know whether it (Invasive Acinar Adenocarcinoma) has spread in other part. As per all the above test report, the best suitable solution (as advised by Puskar Sir) was doing LAP RADICAL PROSTATECTOMY + B/L PELVIC LYMPHANEDECTOMY which was successfully operated by Dr Puskar Sir under his close supervision in the duration of Mar-April'2023. My father has been doing absolutely fine post treatment and Dr Puska Sir is like GOD for us.
