Pine Beach Residency - Guest house in Alappuzha - Alappuzha, India

The helper boy Rahul was good except that the rooms weren't clean. The AC was not working efficiently. Moreover there was no WiFi in the residency. I will give 3 star rating only. Location is near to beach and railway station.

It is just OK hotel. It is not a proper hotel rather a house converted into hotel. It is not for family. Location is near beach but in a very narrow street. However, the main beach is another side and hotel is other side. It may be OK for budget travellers room around INR1000-1200. The receptionist Rahul is good.

It was pleasant stay at Pine Beach Residency. Care Taker Mr. Rahul is very Cooperative and helpful to guide other tourist places of allepy. And very good with family stay. I must recommended this property without any hesitation. Thanks

Excellent rooms with reasonable price, Rahul the man who is care taker at this place is so humble, who gives all information on the place , food availability etc... Overall it's nice place for stay nearby beach ,light house n park... Special thanks to Mr Rahul

Nice place to stay this hotel with reasonable price. Staff members are also nice. I can rate 4/5

Care taker Rahul took care of things very well. Location wise it is very near to beach, hardly 50 meters. He arranged auto for sight seeing as well. Amenities were very minimal. If you have water bottle, can fill or can get mineral water for mrp :( . Room was neat but one issue was for water heater we have to call care taker as he can only switch on and off. Another issue felt was there was no double bed, 2 single beds were put together which was sightly uncomfortable for us. Other wise it is a nice stay near by beach.
