I was suffering from back pain for almost an year and it got severe in the last 5months.i consulted multiple physiotherapist and they could only make a temporary change. Then I came here to do traction only. Chettan explained me what my condition was and what should be done. I only went there for couple of weeks and now iam feeling great. I was having severe back pain, slight disk bulge and flat spine. Now I don't have any pain. I've started strengthening exercise and jogging. I would highly recommend you all to go there
