I paid about 5k for what they called a Quadruple (river Facing) Room.. Though the room was decent, I think one can't pay more than 3k for it. Demand determined price but will lean on for better options on next visit!
Approach is not suitable for elderly people, need to walk about 400mtrs with luggage from public parking. Room is small but well kept, other than 2 side tables and a coffee stand and a double bed. there is no facility to hang clothes. Service is homely including meals, tea coffee etc. Bonus is personal ghat on Gangaji where you can offer Pooja and have bath in private. Overall experience was nice. Staff is friendly..//
Nice place to stay with family. They have their private ghat, which is a good place to have tea. Rooms are small but have all necessary amenities. Overall my family enjoy to stay there and like to stay their again in future.
I had a terrible experience with Patnimal Guesthouse. I booked a room through their website and paid in advance, but upon arrival, they canceled my reservation. It felt like they sold the room to someone else for a higher price. Poor service, ruined my vacation and I won't be returning.

The approach Road to this guest house not Good. No parking Facility (B/t/w.... You cannot take your car to this guest house because of a narrow lane). Rest Ok.
The location of the guest house is good. Clean rooms and good service by the caretakers. They have their own private ghat which is an add on advantage. The only con i can think of is the nearest car parking is about 10 minutes walk from the guesthouse.
Amazing location...walk to Har Ki Pauri anytime you want. The approach to the hotel is tough as you can't get your car here and have to walk about a KM.. once inside, you will enjoy the serenity and the amazing service of the host family. Will surely come back
