Very bad management, on the first day 29 may I arrived here around 9:30 am and I came for treatment of my brother who is a cerebral palsy patient. Therefore to know how treatment will work and the procedures, I came with my mother as it is very difficult for me to carry my brother as he is 100% mentally and physically handicapped. The opd registration counter issued me a wrong dept opd card which wasted my 4.5 hours after that new opd card was issued to me with correct department but the doctor has checked very few patients from morning till 2 PM only 27 patients got their treatment and other are waiting for their no. The food quality in canteen is so so. Rs 95 for a thali which contain 4 chapati 1 papad 1small boul approx rice, dal and sabzi. You cannot take anything except dal for refill. This is overpriced as per the market rate in market you can get a thali at Rs 50 at haridwar near haridwar stn. The cleanliness of toilets is pathetic. No taps were working, no cleaning. This place is overmarketed by baba ramdev. The only thing you will get here is greenry. Many of you people can get that much greenry near your house I.e. in park etc. Keep your lifestyle simple and disciplined and you can see the benefit of that at your home. However if you have extra money then surely this place is a picnic place. The people who are looking to get treatment here can consult from tibbiya college hospital at delhi. You will surely save your health and hard earned time as well as hard earned money. Below is attached pic of the crowd in opd area. This croud is 3 times less than normal.

Everything is fine all facilities are very good, The parking is spacious, The rest Rooms are very hygienic and tidy, Now a days swamiji is available for consultation for the patients staying in yog gram and in patanjali wellness. Fine he has to monitor several activities of about 3000 in patients .The only inconvenience is about the improperly arranged cloakroom facility, many people reach there by road, with lot of luggage they cannot take inside and everywhere if they are taking ayurvedic treatments.
Not satisfactory. Doctors do not read your pulses and will just go by what you tell them . They don't even ask you to produce any medical reports . A good Ayurveda practioner will read your nadi and diagnose your problem and this is not the case here. Dr does not adequately inform you about dos and do ts unless and until you ask him There is no proper token system at many places which makes things more messy. It's quite disappointing.
Worst treatment every have seen in my life, I take treatment for my son who is suffering from a autoimmune Disease. After 4 to 5 days from starting treatment he starts lose motion with blood and he having swelling in his all joints. And there is no way to contact to Docters in patanjali for emergency situation. If you have any Critical patient then never go to these cheaters. Because of there Medicine my son is my critical situation.

This patanjali OPD is not well maintained. The doctors and OPD staff should understand that patients from all over the country are visiting here with some hope but they get disappointed after coming here. Some of the doctors & OPD staff are useless they are just passing time there, they have no seriousness towards their jobs. Baba ji should look into and take necessary action to overhaul the system and remove such doctors from patanjali as they are harming to the image of patanjali. Patanjali haridwar should have some standard.
Overall treatment is good, Doctor behaviour also good. I am satisfied about all the hospital facilities. But you have to improve your employees communication skills.
