The service deserve -1actually . Rooms were all good and cleaned . But, electricity and water suddenly goes. They didn't even have hot water for bath . Cold water comes more than the hot water . They didn't even came to pick up the dustbin. We were having 8 days stay . Rooms and beach view were absolutely amazing but unhappy with the rooms .
papayas has easily the nicest and most looked after rooms in patnem if not the whole of canacona. very tastefully furnished, they feel very European in a sense. the food is yummy and the menu is very good. and the location could not be better. right on patnem main street with a private parking lot. highly recommend it. 11/10
I stayed at the papaya resort for a week, they didn't provide any room service. We used the same bedsheets for a week! The food and beverage were expensive! They also charged 30rs for a bottle of water, which is illegal! They are not welcoming to Indians! I would not recommend this place! Plz visit the near by places instead!
Very bad experience it was . The rooms wer very bad and unhygiene. I stayed for 4 days but not a single day the person came to clean the room not even bedsheets. There is a problem of water as well . Service is very bad and it was a worst experience I had ever ... No receptionists nthng for any query. For any help v need to search for a persn . N an very important thing u guyz should know that there are to many mosquito like insects in d resort so plz b carefull.

To start with location...it was too good like a good beach side resort... Budget rooms avbl... But... Room service pathetic like no room service at all... Cleanliness average... Hot water issue .. basic amenities like bucket /mug/ linens etc needs to b asked for.. mosquitoes hovering all around... Menu available is priced high and not worthy.... Few staff members were rude ... Overall, one star rating stay ...
