OYO Townhouse 064 Secunderabad - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Rooms are very nice. They are simple and beautiful, especially the lighting conditions in the rooms, it's just perfect. All the rooms are of the same kind. A the necessities like TV, AC, telephone, toiletries are present. Okay this is the good part of the Oyo townhouse. But, the staff here is the slowest I've ever seen in a hotel. It's just worse. I didn't get anything on time that I ordered into the room. Even the room service was very slow. I had call them 5-6 times to ask them to come and clean the room. I even didn't get the check in on proper time and had to wait for an hour or so to get into the room. Also there was no one to carry our luggage down while checking out, we had to do it on our own. Break fast is on time and it's nominal. I would not recommend to order your lunch and dinner from here because it's very expensive I think. Instead you can order it on Swiggy or Zomato. The staff here is very less in number and that is reason why they are slow. Just need to increase their staff and house keeping service. But the rooms and the overall hotel on the decorations and ambience part is just cool. Do checkout the pics:)

Rooms are decent, but service is extremely slow and for food - no words! Cleanliness - They don't come clean rooms until requested, they don't provide water bottles in room until requested. Breakfast - Breakfast is pathetic, my college hostels were better. That's enough. Food - Food is horrible and there's delayed delivery, they take all the time in the world to deliver food. Moreover after serving such amazing food, they tell you outside food is not allowed, so no zomato, no swiggy. It's almost like they are leaving no stone unturned to leave you starving. Thanks for the service :) P. S. I was surprised it's rated 4 star. Just got scammed!

Room size is enormous and was very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was clean too. There a sofa, study table also in the room. Overall a comfortable stay in the room. Breakfast timing is pathetic..... From 8 30 am and is always late. The spread is just idli, toast, upma, sambar. No boiled egg, omlettes, etc

This place was great the room and washroom was above expectation. The breakfast was buffet and have a huge variety. There was a proper dining area. Breakfast was complementary. The staff was really friendly and I had a wonderful stay. The prices might be high but try using the coupon code INDIGOXOYO for 60% off. Overall my experience was great and I would recommend the room to everyone. The pictures are 100 percent authentic

1. The hotel is located right on the road and easily accessible. 2. Rooms were spacious and clean. 3. The staff is well behaved and courteous. 4. Outside food from Swiggy and Zomato are allowed. 5. Took one star off as I had to get the bathroom cleaned but they did oblige. 6. The bathrooms are quite tiny and could have been made more roomier. 7. Breakfast had a small selection but was good. Why would I recommend this? I've seen in most Oyo Hotels that the sheets are not changed unless specifically asked to do so. But this hotel took care of it. Also, the sheets were clean and white and crisp as it should be in hotels.

Giving 2 stars just for the room size and location. Had n number of problems there but dint find a single person to hear them. 1. Water in washroom was stinking. 2. They cant provide you extra quilt as all rooms were occupied. 3. Call reception for any room service and they will never send anyone to your room. 4. Breakfast was again a disappointment. Will never ever visit again here.

The place is neat and clean. The food is decent. But the rooms could be accessorized a bit more. The rooms could use a mini fridge and a table with two or three chairs to sit and eat properly. The rooms feel sparse. It's not cozy enough. Very industrial I would say. If you are in town to shop for a wedding in the secunderabad market, then it's perfect. I would give it 3.5 stars.

All the 5* ratings u see for this property r paid n fake..i booked the hotel seeing those reviews n stayed there for 3 days n those were the worst hotel stays of my life. pros n cons- pros- gud area for shopping, decent sized rooms with wooden flooring (1* only bcoz of these) cons- 1. u dont get coffee in the mrng bcoz in house restaurant opens only after 8. 2. the complementary bf u get wil only be served after 8.30am 3. worst taste(talking abt only bf) 4. very late service to rooms if u order any food(atleast 1 hr) 5.They clean room only if u ask to do so or else no cleaning. 6.They haven't given a single towel in 3 days until n unless i go n ask to provide for. 1 day i got only 1 towel n asked me to adjust for 2 adults. 7. room ful of mosquitos.asked for allout atleast 6 times but they didn't care. 8. had to ask for complementary water bottles each n every day including the day of check in. 9.the tv dth connection didn't work at all(didn't complain bcoz nothing was gud). (am not complaining abt the room change at 10.30pm due to some power problem bcoz this can happen to any one on ur worst day) Hotel staff r polite but what's the point of being polite when your service is worst. so i suggest not to believe these 5* reviews regarding this hotel n book at your own risk.
