OYO Totola Inn - Hotel in Gangtok - East District, India

This hotel was provided by our travel agency and trust me this was the worst hotel I have ever seen. They don't even clean the room before we have checked in. I'll attach those photos. When I asked them to clean the room they weren't responding. Such a bad experience. The only positive thing of this hotel is their location because MG Marg was just 5min from there. Service was worst!!!!!

Decent rooms for the price you pay The infra is good, since it's a new hotel, inaugurated in 2018 Therefore cleanliness & the stuff used esp. heaters are fairly new Location is very good Well connected to bus stands & other conveyance modes The corner rooms offer good views, rest all are ordinary

Rooms were okay but we faced some electricity problem there to charge our devices as power sockets didn't worked during that time. Rest, lights were working fine even when there is no electricity. Food was okay-okay, staff was friendly.

Very good hotel at a reasonable price.M.G Marg is just five to 7 minutes walk from the hotel.Very co-operative and friendly staffs.The young boy at the reception,I must say,very good person.Happy to meet such type of person who maintain study and work at a same time. There is also a travel agency under this hotel.One can contact with the travel agent(Bhushan)for a stress free and organized tour.

It's kind of ok hotel. Lacks basic requirements a guest needs in a hotel such as timely meals or breakfast. No one was there to attend to problems

Near Taxi Stand, Walking distance from M G Marg, Neat and clean and spacious room, Staffs are well behaved. One star less only for stairs Problem, Beam above first floor stair is short height, I am 5'9" I got hurt on my head two times, 2nd floor stair is high for children and old.

WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN, BOOKED THIS HOTEL FOR 17th MARCH TO 18th MARCH 2019 FROM GOIBIBO, BOOKING ID - HTLAMSDDNA this one star is only for the fast wifi they provided in the room these guys didn't even know even the H of the hotel * i found a boy on the reception ( i doubt if he's a manager ) while check in who didn't even know if i have the booking or not, he called someone and confirm then allotted me the room no. 303 i tell him i got the message for 304, he replied i already give that room to someone else after check in the room and go to the washroom wet floors welcomed us and i find there was no running water so i go to the reception and tell them the issue, the boy replied " abhi motor chalu kara h aa jayega" after 30 mins the water come but then i found geyser is not working and also the pressure level of the water is very low so i again goes to reception, this time i found a teenager on the reception and tell him the issue he replied " KAL PLUMBER AYA THA PER VO THIK NAHI HUA " then i asked him what can a plumber do if the geyser in not working, his answer was " TO HUM KYA KARE " i am pretty much sure they know all the issues in the bathroom of that room and may have shifted the guest of 303 to 304, around 9 pm i meet another couple whose staying in this hotel and ask them if they are also facing these issues, they said no, they also let me know that there is a button outside the room for the geyser i have to switch it on to get the hot water in the bathroom, somehow this issue is solved but the pressure of the water was such that it takes 45 mins to fill a bucket of water. * window curtains from the middle was transparent, so no privacy, * there was no power socket near the bed only 2 sockets were there in the room, 1 near the main door and 1 for tv * there was no double bed, 2 single beds put together which was so uncomfortable to sleep * there was a pillar on the wall behind the bed so because of that there was big gap between the wall and the bed and one can't even sit properly on the bed

Hospitality was not good.. We booking this hotel from goibibo, but when we reached the hotel, we known that the hotel is compact with oyo, & no rooms r available for us bcz some money problem between hotelar & oyo.
