Guys trust me please don't spend a single penny on this substandard third class oyo namsey hotel. Until or unless you want to spoil your trip. Staff is supportive but the common amenities like electric kettle. WiFi, bathroom soaps are out of service or missing. Don't book it from the worst service company on the planet oyo rooms their executives will spoil your trip. Oyo has displayed on its website that breakfast is inclusive in the cost of the room. Even the hotel reception displays a board which boasts of providing complimentary breakfast, however, the said promises are fictitious. There isn't any buffet breakfast as proposed. The hotel staff refuse to give you more than 2 aloo paranthas (Paranthe with aloo sprinkled on it) which is the only option to have in breakfast.
IF YOU R READY TO GET UR OR FAMILY MEMBERS MMS OR VIDEO CLIP VIRAL ONLINE THEN BOOK THIS HOTEL d worst hotel I ever been to. they gave me a room I guess d room no was 304/305 on d first floor only where there is a window that opens from the other room and people staying in the other room can peep through ur room.. there is no privacy.. you can literally hear people snoring in the other room. when I asked the staff they started abusing me. worst was I had my breakfast in booking they simply said they didn't get any such reference from #goibibo n after showing my booking reference even they were arguing... DON'T EXPECT BUFFET SYSTEM OF BREAKFAST.. I HAVE THE PICS OF STAFF EVEN BT THEY REQUESTED ME NOT TO POST IT. There is no hot water supply though geyser is there. The electric kettle not working.. If U WANT UR HOLIDAY TO B WORST BOOK HERE
The hotel building was good, cleanliness was above average, the staff was polite and cooperative. The only thing that I disliked was that we were feeling the need of a fan as it was hot according to our expectation from Gangtok in August as read online, and they had shortage of table fans of mobile fans as no ceiling fan was there.
I had a very great experience in this hotel and food and hospitality is amazing.it is just at the road side and taxies are easily available,if you want then they can provide you with the travel arrangements as well.it have a street view and resturant with it which have a only glass portion.
The hotel is clean and cosy. Easy to locate. But this is no more a partner with OYO and it doesn't accept any online booking. Recently my friends has to face it. They booked it through goibibo but they reject their checkin.
I had checked in on 17.10.18. Very bad service..no tv connection ....very cheap behaviour... I suggest not to stay in this hotel. Very bad experience. Far away from gangtok town. Difficult to get cab from gangtok in evening. Charges of local cab from gangtok 300/-
Good ambience , clean and has parking facilities. Good place for the guardians and guests of Sikkim Manipal.U need to take a cab from here to reach Gangtok...35 rs per person.
Hotel and staff members are very nice, neat nd clean, Manager Kundan is an excellent guy, deserve out of turn incentives, food amazed us, rooms are big nd having all basic amenities..recommend it from our heart...pls stay all... Sandeep
