OYO Hotel Royal Palace - Hotel in Kota - Kota, India

This is the worst hotel in kota. Oyo should remove this hotel from his site. 1st when we went to the hotel the receptionist told we have not booked the room and contact oyo for refund when we have the booking id though he argued and after a long conversation we got a room. No room was clean and tidy. Our checkin was at 11 am but we reached there by 6 pm but still not a single room out of 2 rooms were cleaned another 2 hours were taken by the staff there to clean it. We went out for a function informing the receptionist to keep the door open till 1 Am as we may be late. But as we returned hotel by 12: 30 Am the doors of the hotel were locked after banging it for 1 hour from 12:30 AM to 1: 30 AM and contacting oyo people the day shift person came and opened the door that too he was drunk and not avle to find the door keys and opened the door after 20 mins of getting the keys we literally waited for 1.5 hours outside the hotel. As only girls were satying in the hotel so it was unsafe for them to stay there as everyone was drunk even in the working hours during day time too. The night duty receptionist locked the door and slept in the room he was too drunk and was not picking up the calls we contacted oyo and he contacted the day shift person to open the door. None of the persons phone number given on the site or even outside hotel banner was working they litrally switched off the phone to avoid picking up calls and slept. Out of 3 numbers one was switched off , 2nd one was not existing and 3rd one picked up the phone but was not talking and when started speaking as he was too drunk we got the reply "" AAP HOTEL CHANGE KAR LO AAJU BAJU K HOTEL MAI BOOKING KAR K WAHA REH LO AUR SAMAN KAL AKE LEKE JANA "" This was the comment we were been said after complaing in oyo we finally got our rooms back at about 2 am. Still after entering the room the ac , light was not working nor the water was coming in washroom. NOT ATALL SAFE FOR GIRLS AS ALL THE STAFF WAS DRUNK DURING DAY TIME TOO. AND REFUSED TO GIVE BACK MONEY ON NOT ACCEPTING THE DIRTY ROOM.WORST EVER EXPERIENCE FOR ME IN KOTA IN THIS HOTEL LOCALITY AND STAFF OF. HOTELS NAD PEOPLE LIVING THERE NOT ATALL SAFE FOR GIRLS.would have given -1000* rating from my side if option was available. The girls werre. Alone and were standing outside the hotel from 12:30 Am to 2:00 am. Not atall safe for girls. They will not even take any responsibility if something happens to the girl worst hotel should be removed from oyo site and should be shut down in kota.

Hotel Royal Palace is 3rd Class Hotel in Kota. Worst cheater may be the best suited term for this hotel. I don't know , why does OYO recommend/book this hotel. I booked 3 Rooms for .21st july 2019. But, Hotel authority refused to provide us those rooms as those were booked during low tariff. Rush due to admission in Allen enhanced greed of this hotelier.We were quite disappointed and had no intention to stay in this hotel by paying extra money. We informed the situation to OYO team and they offered rooms in other hotel in different area. But, no effective action from the end of OYO has been found or known till to date except their expression of regret to us. However, after their refusal we have to move here and there with luggage's to search for suitable rooms. With the help of a local people we find a parents guest house. We stayed there for 4 days. That was good accommodation. That was our first visit in Kota. There are numerous Parents guest house in hostels in kota . You can avail that facility. OYO has reputation and we are eagerly waiting for their action on hotel royal palace.

Room ac is not working Room is not clean One of worst hotel and price is to high Service is very poor At this price i should recommend to go in another hotel this is Local hotel with bear bar

It was a bad experience....we went to the hotel oyo hotel Royal palace kota and we got to know that the price of the room as shown on the online searching.. Is not true.. ND is much more expensive...they do not take any responsibility of their mistake Bcoz of this reason the name of oyo is tarnishing....

Its been so boring everyte they just asked to give 5rating but overall it good if u come for admission as it is close to Allen otherwise 3star is more than enough for it

Staff is composed of goons ..very unprofessional and hotel is very unhygienic ...completely not trustworthy

Room are ok but only annoying thing is that their staff asking for review and virtually for 5 star

Lovely place. Good location. Quick service. Beautiful rooms
