Is it possible to give 0 stats? Jst literally don't even go there for youth own sake. When we got there, they straight up asked for 3 times the price that was put up on the website. (P.s it's not even worth half that much) They way off taking its soo rude, you don't even feel like standing there.

Front desk Guy. very arrogant and indisciplined. At 19 he is Manager of this property he says. I stayed with my family I and my wife submitted our Adhaar cards. He was constantly asking for our 9 yrs old daughter's ID proof. Front desk MR Manager was very untidy, unprofessional one single tiny soap for 3 of us. NO Towels from the day we checked in till the next morning at 9.30 am. On-demand the reply was "Ayega tab milega". It was embarrassing for me and my wife to prove that we have to prove our daughter's identity. I called them to Surat was because the 10th Dec is my daughter's birthday as well as our marriage anniversary. I paid full in advance and checked in in the evening or else I WOULD HAVE LEFT THE PROPERTY.

The people who manage there nature is too good . To the staff if we say anything In 5-6 mins the work will be done it is the best hotel ever I seen the manager is also good person the rooms safty are also very very good

It's not Good for Family Stay, No Staff Coperate for cleaning, an for any need of help, Toilet are in very Bad Condition, tap & facuet are not working properly, on reception the person who is sitting Name is Sachin, we feel very sorry to say about this place to inform other guest non to visit with family, I think you all may understand what I want to say about this hotel.

Pathetic hotel, pathetic staff. Have zero service and decency, staff on the behest of owner threatened to leave hotel as we were 5mins up while vacating room. My father was verbally abused by the owner, no pantry and no outside food allowed so food available only from the outlet they have chosen. Bed sheets were DIRTY AND STAINED.

If you are checking before half hour they charged will you 30 to 35% of all you amount, services poor,room service bogas, no free cancellation they will charged you with heavy amount don't pay advance otherwise you stucked with this hotel service and situation.

It's prominently located at a very posh location of Vesu Canal Road. The first thing you'll notice is that it's located on the 4th floor of a shopping plaza. The entire floor is designated for the hotel only and no other customers have access to the 4th floor. The rooms are very very spacious. That's an advantage. Features and services are similar to other OYO hotels. They've a sofa, Almirah, tea table, bed, huge mirror, separate wash basins and a bathroom. Advantage that they had a hot water available. I checked in early in the morning so they still had rooms although they charged me for early check in. Nevermind. The rooms needs more cleaning as I could find hair of woman on the bed or sofa so it's was quite disappointing. A-C works absolutely great. The chilling is better that any other 3-4 star hotel. They don't allow outside food to be delivered in the hotel so that's a negative thing. Rest everything well quite good than what I've expected.
