The only best thing about this place is the view from balcony. Nothing else. If you want a quite and calm place to stay only then come here in group. The place is not good for family stay. If coming here for stay, bring your own quilt & bedsheets, they are not clean. The toilets are not good aswell. Water issue. No restaurant in 3 km radius, You need to preorder groceries. Come fully loaded with groceries as you'll get the utensils and hotplate. The worst this is the parking. Only if you are a pro driver you can climb up to park otherwise leave your vehicle down on the main road. Connectivity from main road to hotel is worst.

Place is secluded and quiet. Located amongst the woods, the place seems a good choice if you are looking for peace and some time out from the hectic life schedule. There's no interference with the other people as such you can party with your friends or visit the place with your loved ones. Privacy is not any issue, however, there aren't any guards around and the receptionist also are rare to find. There's no food facility in the locality as such you should make your own arrangements. There's a Kitchen with an induction heater and utensils that you can use to make light stuff. Water and electricity seem to be a trouble over here and so you should talk to the receptionist about making prior arrangements for that. View from the balcony is beautiful and you can sit outside in the evening enjoying the beautiful view of the Valley. Would recommend the place to bird watchers as well.

The location is OK,The appartment has two rooms,only one room had balcony overlooking the valley.Only one room is provided with television.There were issues with hot/cold water supply.The appartment is best suited for single family only,the second room can be used as kid's bedroom.The positive points were a very cooperative staff and good Home cooked meal. The furniture provided In the apparment is also substandard and inadequate.The common balcony connecting the appartments on the same floor is also neglected.one should keep some snacks and medicines handy while planning a stay with family at this location.To sum it up,do not expect much other than a cooperative staff.

Cosy 2bhk accommodation from oyo room... 6 km (15min) from nainital and 1.5 km (5 min) from bhowali... Away from city traffic so peaceful... Well equipped kitchen so u can cook ur favourite food... Two room with attached neat and clean toilets... One room has television... We face water shortage problem once but Mr. Inder was so helpful to restore water tank with in 10 minutes....overall nice experience at dis affordable price...

Good for those who hve a low budget...but at night place is more risky... because...chances to come of leopards...nd at night more problem of cab..for the apartment...so...those u hve gd budget...so don't prefer this (apartment)..go towards near tha nainital....it's 9 km away frm nainital

Such an amazing property by OYO ROOMS lies 10 km from nainital Rush ... You find peace and rest in the lap of lush green nature ... also no food options available near by and the staff and security here is quite a issue although it's good ... I really recommend you this one if you are travel in a boys group ... But I won't think that you want to risk your women by staying here ... You should find somewhere near the city .

Nice place!!! Whatever was told about the place.... It was exactly like that. View from the balcony was superb and you could see rising sun from the balcony while having a cup of coffee.

It's a home stay...must know the difference before booking.. not good for family.....about 10 km distant from city...good for those who have their own covinience...
