OYO Home 26624 Welcome Homestay Kasauli - Hotel in Kasauli - Solan, India

The whole property is so shabby , dirty and unhygienic. There was only person in the name of the staff whom we saw. The rooms fittings were all broken and very dirty. We booked 3 rooms all together. First there was no water. Upon complaining he said he said it is so cold why will you take bath now. Then later on we realised that geyser was also not working in one of the rooms. When we complained and asked it to be corrected he said it is so hot here why do you need hot water. The caretaker had excuses for everything. We came to know that the owner of this property lives in delhi and doesn't bother how it is run and what's happening here. Clearly this is a scam and a big cheating hotel. On top of this the whole night there was no light and the fans were not working at all. All the people staying the in hotel were awake the whole night because of this and couldn't sleep for a minute. They had no power back up. This was my worst stay ever in any hotel. Our mistake was that we fell for his sweet talks and gave him the advance. He charged rs 2500 per room and didn't even give us any bill for it. Only on a small paper he wrote it. Upon asking he said they don't have confirm bills etc. We were getting late for next place so just paid and went ahead but this should be noticed and this hotel be shut of immediately. They are just cheating the tourists and taking the advantage of season when all other hotels go fully booked and people don't find places to stay.

Nice home stay with very good staff support. View from balcony is awesome. Mall Road is about 2 kms only. It was very peaceful and relaxing stay. Rooms were clean with good food and water supply. Daily need shop is just downstairs for everything you might need. NOTE: No AC. No card payment. Parking facility is available. You will definitely enjoy your stay here.!

If you need scenic view from your window which is just amazing in night, this is your place. Washroom are clean. Rooms linen and blankets are not that much clean. It's mentioned as OYO home but kitchen is not available here. Reception is smelly. Food specially non veg is overpriced from their own kitchen.

Didn't like the feel of room very old furniture and bed, one of the biggest drawback of our room is they have combined gyser for 3 room and that too was not working properly so before booking this make sure you confirm same with oyo or owner about the gyser working rest they have in-house cook you can ask him if you want anything but prices are too high for the quality and quantity, I will suggest you to go outside and have your breakfast. Only best things here was the view from the room otherwise didn't like this and there is no kettle available in the room. Now just went through their Google photo all are fake room look nothing like these pictures all are edited or fake to make them look better.

I have stayed here with my family for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place. The room was lovely, super clean with very comfortable bed. I definitely will back there and will recomend this place to everyone :)

Dont go to this property especially when you have a female traveller with you. they behave unprofessionally. the rooms are smelly and the washroom are completely broken. You get a feeling that there is a spy camera in your room.

Very unhygienic and bad in term of food service is also not good be aware about money if you pay advance they can cheat you and very dirty pillow covers and blanket. They are cheaters

Stayed here for 2 nights. Amazing hospitality!! Nice rooms and great view. The service is par excellence. Reasonably priced.
